No, there is no cost to join OfficeList. Listing your business center on our platform is completely free of charge. We work on a commission-based model, meaning you only pay when we successfully refer a client who signs an agreement with your center. This performance-based approach ensures there’s zero upfront risk for you—just increased visibility and new business opportunities.

Can I list multiple locations?

Yes, you can list as many business center locations as you operate. Whether you manage a single site or a nationwide network, OfficeList supports multi-location listings to give your entire portfolio maximum exposure. Each location will have its own dedicated profile, allowing potential clients to view unique details, images, and amenities for each space.

Our team can assist you in uploading all your locations quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, there is no long-term contract required to list your business center on OfficeList. Our partnerships are designed to be flexible and low-commitment. You are free to work with us month-to-month, and you can update or remove your listings at any time.

You can send updates directly to your OfficeList account manager or contact our support team—we’ll ensure your listing stays accurate and competitive to attract the right clients.

Do I need professional photos?

Professional photos are not required, but they are strongly recommended. High-quality images help your workspace stand out and attract more inquiries by giving potential clients a clear, inviting view of your space.

If you don’t have professional photos, you can still list your location using well-lit, high-resolution images taken with a smartphone. We’re happy to provide guidelines or examples to help you capture your space effectively.

Leads & Communication

How do I receive leads?

When a potential client expresses interest in your workspace, we’ll send the lead to you directly and promptly through the following channels:

  • Email – You’ll receive full lead details including name, company, contact info, and workspace needs.
  • Phone – In urgent cases or when a prospect prefers direct contact, we may call you or connect the lead via phone.
  • Partner dashboard (if applicable) – You can log in to view and track all incoming leads and their status.

Our goal is to ensure you can respond quickly and close deals efficiently. You’re always in control of the client relationship from the moment the lead is sent.

Do I manage bookings myself?

Yes, you are fully in control—you manage all bookings directly. Once we send you a lead, it’s up to you to communicate with the client, schedule tours, confirm availability, and finalize the agreement.

OfficeList does not handle contracts or payments on your behalf. This ensures you maintain full autonomy over pricing, terms, and client relationships while we focus on bringing qualified prospects to your door.

How qualified are the leads?

At OfficeList, we focus on delivering highly qualified, intent-driven leads. Each inquiry comes from a prospective client actively searching for a workspace, and we collect key details such as:

  • Preferred location(s)
  • Move-in date and duration
  • Team size or number of desks
  • Specific needs or services required
